Bosco Silks will not allow any refund of money for the products purchased from the online website. “Bosco Silks” allows returns only for damaged or defective products. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer care within two (2) days of receiving the product. Customers should return such products within four (4) working days, provided that the product(s) is/are returned in a saleable condition with the price and information tags intact, the original folds and packaging retained, and in an undamaged/unused condition. “Bosco Silks” reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the form of the refund or Exchange.
